Bill Maher - Ridiculous (Religion-Fearing Left-Wing Nutjob)

What does Bill Maher hope to accomplish by bashing anyone who is or claims to have a faith of one type or another? What purpose could there possibly be for attempting to mock or devalue another person's religion or faith? It stems from hate, fear, or ignorance. The fact that we're talking about Bill Maher, the liberal, sanctimonious, ignorant so-called humorist speaks volumes about the possible reasons for such a waste of theater space. He's a smug, inconsiderate moron.

Regardless of Bill Maher's beliefs in anything, people will still have faith and, at least in the United States, they have a right to that. Sadly, but fairly, Mr. Maher has the right to say whatever he wants, regardless of how pointless it is.

Faith or hope is a built-in quality of the human condition. Some people exercise it, some people don't. Whatever. We have faith in all sorts of things, not always religion. Bill Maher, I'm sure, has faith in his lame movie's ability to make money. It might, but he can't know that. He can only have faith or trust in that concept. He must hope for it to be successful.

It is a safe assumption that Bill wants to be successful, as that is typically the drive of Hollywood and media liberals across the universe. Conceit and self-absorption are also traits of liberal Hollywood societal degenerates. Acceptance and success is as necessary for them as breathing for the typical human being. Bill wants to fit into the Hollywood liberal elite society by bashing anything that even remotely conservative people might hold dear or believe in. It's all he can do, since it is apparent he doesn't have the talent to create material based on anything else. It's easy to rip on people, and for those with pseudo-intelligence, it's how they make funnies. Sometimes I think they can't help it. What's sad is that it might be the public's fault. Yes, you heard me right: We entitled Bill Maher to stupidity and poor character qualities by even smirking at his remarks. The child, Bill Maher, gets any kind of response out of anyone and he runs with the gag. Child psychology is fun.

Part of a solid character is being able to put yourself in another person's shoes, especially if you feel the urge to judge, criticize or mock someone. To rip on a person or people simply because they might have faith in something that you happen to think is hooey makes you look like an angry or bitter pinhead. At the very least, it makes you look like an ass.

Bill Maher might think that he's being cute or smart or insightful (yes, this goes contrary to his intelligence and maturity, but work with me). The truth is that he's making himself out to be a person of little or no character. Bashing people for the fact that they believe something different than you or for your own personal gain, which is the only reason to make a pointless movie like "Religulous," is a completely childish, liberal, and asinine move. Unfortunately, he simple mind and the pie hole attached to it are protected by the 1st Amendment.

Bill Maher is proving that he is no different than a terrorist who hates (and wishes to kill) innocent people simply because those people do not believe in the same things the same way that the terrorist does. There is one difference, albeit arguable: Bill Maher doesn't appear to want to kill anyone or blow himself to tiny bits. If he wants to blow himself up, the world would benefit from the increase in available oxygen and the decreased CO2 emissions, no matter how minuscule the amount.

Bill Maher: Use-u-less.
