Well, this certainly is an honor! Please come in and cop a squat.
This welcome message has a very simple... message. Don't trust anyone on this blog, don't trust the statistics because they're probably made up, and consider everything a worthless opinion devised to waste what little space is left in your tiny cranium.
Then, when you're finished absorbing the completely pointless dribble you read here, go on about your business wasting time out there on the web. Be sure to carry with you the rules above. Because that's mostly what's out there. Crap.
OK, you're right, some of it is good. Much of it is entertaining to some degree. But, "some" and "much" are subjective. 0.00000000000000000001223233% of something is technically, "some." Much can be made to mean just "more than" some. In our example, much could be 0.00000000000000000001223234% of something. Let's give the web (the blogosphere specifically) the benefit of the doubt and say that, "much," does in fact mean upwards of 0.00000000001223233%. There, we deleted about 5 zeros from that fraction of a percentage.
Bottom line: Don't be an imbecile and believe everything you read on blogs (except for The Onion). Opinions don't necessarily make someone a journalist, let alone a credible source for anything but fertilizer.
Happy reading.
